    installing win7 home OEM (question)

I am still waiting on a few parts to arrive, but Ive been looking over the OEM dvd case and it has this link to a whole page about OEM stuff. Has anyone here had any experience installing with Win7 OEM? Can I just install like a regular retail copy? I assume registering the product can be done the usual way also?

Only difference between an OEM Windows OS and retail is:
    1. No support from Microsoft
    2. Can NOT be installed on a computer with a different motherboard. Once you register/activate your key, your motherboard is registered w/ Microsoft. So even if you change to a different motherboard on the same PC, won't(shouldn't) allow you to register it again. But installing on a machine with exact same motherboard and it should work.
    3. Doesn't let you Upgrade, only perform a full install/Custom(Advanced).

Reason why they're cheaper than retail. Restricts you a bit.
