Dont think you are the only one that would do that, lol...

GW2 is probably the first game I would be willing to drop money on a physical CE in a very long time. I just hope we get more scheduling information next week. That and that the complete inundation of information we get next week is not followed by a complete drought of official information from Arena.net.

I fully intend on putting money on two physical CEs (for my fiance and I) the moment they're announced/I realize they're announced.

I'm actually tempted to buy 1-2 extra, for the first time ever, just for posterity or future value.

I don't even need/care about beta access from it (although it would be nice), I just want a release date. ._.

All it would take for me to get the CE would be some exclusive armor. I really fear I may spend too much in the cash shop buying perdy armors. :\

How does one even begin to prepare for the flood of information and game play footage?

One does not simply walk into Guild Wars 2.

Collector's Edition is probably the only way to go.

Must prepare!

I would prefer a GW2 section be made if the game actually gets a decently large following on this forum after release, otherwise it will look like the Rift subforum.

Well having things more organized does help facilitate building of interest and a following. It would help a good deal if things were easier to find in terms of info for people looking for answers and not have to look outside the forums.

But thats just my opinion.

I just don't want another subforum for the MMO, only to have it have one new post every other week. It will look pretty pathetic.

At the very least I think we should have a separate media thread for GW2 that can be bumped as videos and impressions come out. Totalbiscuit alone is going to have a crap ton of content in his youtube channel in the coming weeks. If we really wanna repost all of that content here then this thread probably won't suffice. I say do nothing for now and if change needs to happen, than do it.

Make some threads "Guild Wars 2: Media" and "Guild Wars 2: PVP discussion" etc and it will be easy to organize/lead into a subforum.
