OH, Roadrunner. Had a spasmodic connection at about 7:00 pm Eastern on 8 Dec. with several R0s. Never completely DC'd and settled down after about 30 min.

Roadrunner, NYC. Last night I was in a party with a bunch of friends, and three of us all DC'd at once. They're both in Queens, I'm in Manhattan. Everyone else was fine. My connection was fine for the rest of the evening otherwise.

The three that were left were the tank and our two BRDs, they finished off the birdie and everything was ok, no deaths.

Last night in dynamis 3-4 people all disconnected at the same time and were receiving similar errors on login attempts; eventually managed to get back on. Vent however remained connected the whole time for them.

Been logged in since around 4-5am today without a single R0 or hiccup. Seems to have solved itself or perhaps it only goes down from around 11pm EST to around 3-4AM EST? I guess I'll find out tonight.

On Road-Runner and I DC'd 2 times yesterday, followed by a bunch of R0's that dropped me down below 20% before coming back. Before this started happening I hadn't DC'd in months.

Hey guys, the Tier I helpdesk at TWC has the answer to your problem: Unplug your modem, wait a minute and plug it back in! ... oh wait that didn't work? Hmmm, guess they can send a truck out tomorrow. Don't worry, the guys they send out totally know less about how your modem works than you do! After offering to replace your modem and saying BS about your power levels, they will leave promising to put a watch on your connection for the next 72 hours. If the problem hasn't magically fixed itself by then, maybe you'll just give up!

I work at time warner in tech support...I called down to my regional RR to see if we were having any problem. From what I see, we are not. I have tried multiple times to log on at work today and all have been sucessful. Have not been booted or anything

It's far worse over seas.
At least, the majority of the time the signal is stable.
We just freak out when it's lost. lol
