Yeah, I don't get it either. A viral is supposed to be something funny or interesting that you send around to your friends, and they send around to theirs. I don't know why anyone would send #5 to anyone except to troll them into being bored for 6 minutes.

It was the video created by Microsoft before the launch of Windows 7, as they were supporting people to have launch parties all over the world. They created the video as a sort of forerunner of what you are supposed to be doing at a Windows 7 launch party. The sheer amount of fail is the reason why it was sent from person to person.
