Track down all the HNMLS' sites on your server, check out there bazaar pages and look up the items that you want, and if they're not listed, make an offer. And as for what the other guy said, expect to pay more.

Some HNMLS' give the fragment with the Attestation for free, some charge for the paper, and charge for the Necro and Fragment as a bundle. Testy's usually run 5-8 Mil (again, depending on the shell/if it comes with the other 2), and around 4-6M for the torque.

I'd say those prices are overall average price ranges I've seen whilst lurking HNMLS sites.

Or you can do something like what is developing into a trend on my server:

Host a dynamis run (free entry for all, singles autosort) and set your paper/fragment as your wish item. You will be surprised at how many people you can get with just free entry.

Well it is what i can afford atm. I won't use LS fund for personal reasons. Also, been thinking of teaming up with other LSs to get items that way. Well see what happens. Been patient for 1 yr getting this, I can wait a lil longer if needed.
