PLD/NIN TPing Rings

Why do a lot of people recommend the Rajas Ring as a TPing ring for pallys? I know they recommend a lot of ACC too, but the Rajas is basically only 2 ACC and 1 extra TP per hit (I think).

Toreador's Ring/Blitz Ring for TPing? I can still hit exactly +40 ACC from gear alone so that's why I put the blitz ring there :X

I think that store TP is just enough to make 100 tp one less hit. I'm not sure on that, but I think I've read that somewhere.

Toreador's/Rajas is optimal. 1 less hit to 100% TP gains you more TP over time than 2.25% more accuracy (4.5 acc = 2.25% acc). Rajas also gives you more Attack to help hitting for above 0.

Blitz is generally only better than the Toreador's Ring (or even 5acc) if you are capped on accuracy or damn close to with it on, which won't happen on most HNM on PLD with perfect gear + sushi + merits + Madrigal, so I wouldn't even think about it for TPing

This is what I've read also, in one of the Post Your Gear threads. Was a "debate" centred aroudn Seedz choices of CoP ring, and I think Failure mathed out that ajas saves a hit to 100tp.
