Hands was the parapalegic scientist that had the exo suit that they were trying to steal. All three objects that Archer messed with that lead him to Hands was something coma related. There were a few other references that could be glitches in the matrix, but the most obvious was Cheryl acting like she's allergic to Shellfish and Malory tells her that was Pam. Only Pam wasn't allergic to Shellfish, she was allergic to Soy in the Sea Tunt episode in S4. Also when Archer drowns so Lana could use the scuba gear, he asks her to just be a better mother than what Malory was to him, so of course the first thing Lana does once AJ is 3-4 years old is ship her off to boarding school, just like Malory did with Archer.

Archer is back in the real world after spending its previous three seasons in a coma and the animated spy’s recovery is set to extend for a 12th season.

FXX has renewed the show for another run in 2021. The 11th season launched on September 16 and the cable network said ratings for total viewers were up 32% from the previous season with 2.43M total viewers per episode across linear and digital.

I stopped watching each of the coma seasons about half way through because they were so unfunny, but this season has been noticeably less sucky so far.

Since Adam Reed wanted less involvement after Season 10, Ray isn't in as many episodes any more which kind of sucks.

As far as the show is concerned I see S12 being at least 10 episodes and then after that a possible movie to end the series. Also...

Allegedly she had all her lines recorded before she passed away, so Season 12 shouldn't have any edits or anything. It would be Season 13 where they would have to kill her off or use recycled lines.
