Yah for a Finale episode it felt awfully uh, unfinale. But hey, I mean it is what it is.

Finale this weekend:
That wasn't bad, series felt mostly wrapped up or at least good enough. lol
Ending was a little sad. You could tell the writers had more plans with how the season ended before this hour finale, but all in all, they did a decent job of wrapping everything up, and got some good call backs in it.

I think I fell off around the last of the dream seasons. Is it worth catching back up on this?
It ended pretty well, but it definitely lost some steam with Jessica Walter dying
All the dream seasons happened because Adam Reed admitted he was running out of ideas. He stepped down from writing for season 11 on and it definitely helped to refresh the show.
Seasons 8/9/10 are the dream seasons, 11 is back to the real world.
10 was pretty good though, especially if you're a scifi nerd
Wait, was s10 the space one? Then I think I actually saw it and just needed to jump back onto the real seasons lol
Thanks
Season 8 - 1947 LA
Season 9 - 1939 in the Pacific Islands
Season 10 - "1999" through the lens of 1970s Sci-Fi (with some bits of Firefly thrown in)
Dreamland noir was def my favorite of the dream seasons. show's golden age was for sure before thems tho, 2, 3, 4 absolute peak, but it never became actually bad, and aye finished stronger than where it got lost for a bit.
Season 4 had Un Chien Tangerine (the one with the dog) and the Sealab two parter which automatically makes it the best season.
Edit : oh and the Bobs Burger episode
