Are half of all black children really aborted?
That...i...i have trouble believing that. At all.
It's a good tactic assuming it's not portrayed as insane. It's trying to appeal to long held paranoia by blacks that whites in America are out to quell their numbers. Although in reality, some whites are more concerned with the latino population than blacks.
Right, but when trying to appeal to blacks, you shouldn't simultaneously play on their paranoia that whites are trying to quell their numbers while saying they were better off as slaves...
Not surprising coming from a white conservative, but that's why they're trying to rectify it by getting black people to say it instead:

A black person would probably have a tendency to not make the mistake of making the narrative sound crazy (to blacks). For years the largely white staff of Georgia Right to Life, the state’s largest anti-abortion group, tried to tackle the disproportionately high number of black women who undergo abortions. But, staff members said, they found it difficult to make inroads with black audiences.
So in 2009, the group took money that it normally used for advertising a pregnancy hot line and hired a black woman, Catherine Davis, to be its minority outreach coordinator.
Ms. Davis traveled to black churches and colleges around the state, delivering the message that abortion is the primary tool in a decades-old conspiracy to kill off blacks.
OFC the paranoia is due in no small part to policies inacted by the same conservatives who are against abortions. Incredibly intelligent if you ask me
Create policies that will instill paranoia in a population
Appeal to paranoia to unite population against something you hate
???
Profit!
