I had just cleaned my inbox and was like 'wtf do u mean i still have one unread mail' then I was vera happy :3

But ya almost a hour ago or so ~ Mine was sent to yahoo and it was in the inbox not bulk/spam mail for those asking ~

I think we need to create a QQ thread for those of us who didn't get in. We can talk about how dumb the beta is and how it will fail and how we didn't really wanna get in anyway because we are having too much fun in T1 Warhammer.

1. Time of email.
2. Region.
3. FFXI account still active?
4. Were you behind 22 proxies sending 22 emails?

in NA. Says I was approved for the Alpha prior to launch of the close Beta. A swell as approved for the several close Beta and the open Beta tests coming after.

edit. account still active since NA release.

I'm a little confused since alpha comes before beta, but going through the email to the site they say just leads to a "beta test site launches Mar. 11". So are those who got into the "alpha" waiting until the 11th, or getting in earlier?

They probably picked randomly from variety of OS's and computer specs since its the first beta wave and technical aspects are more important than the game balance itself. Applicants using "popular" video cards probably had more competition.

Looks at if this round for Alpha is onlu for the people who still have an active FFXI account, and even though the rest of us played for probably 5years + we still gotta wait... /wrists

No luck getting in here. Paying for FFXI since NA PC release then stopping a month prior to the beta probably did me in.

Got in as well. Seems to be a short wait between now and when everything gets going but I'm still really pumped.
