Looks like a lot of the early episodes which were lost, some of which only aired once, have been found. Nice to see that a show with such a long history has filled a missing gap.

I would want to know what idiot decided to destroy 106 episodes.
didn't it have something to do with the way the reels were stored, caught fire, and we're the only known copies out there?
just finished re watching the eccleston and on series run.
Spoiler: show
The tapes were destroyed back in the day because nobody had figured out the idea of reruns. They were taking up space so they just..tossed them. Usually what we're getting now are ones from outside the UK that were distributed for other markets and survived somehow.
I gotta say...this is very tempting.

New York is sold out
Just got tickets for the one in my area.
And I live in the middle of nowhere.
And for Canada: http://www.cineplex.com/Events/doctorwho3d.aspx
Vancouver tickets were released at 6am and were sold out in minutes. So bummed
yeah.. I'll pass on the theater full of Tom Baker cosplayers and enjoy it at home.
If this was playing the day of or before the air date, I'd see it in theaters.
But the day after, and on a Monday? I'll pass.
I don't know why but this made me laugh quite loud.
I still think it's funny that One Direction is trying to steal Doctor Who's thunder by claiming 11/23/13 as "One Direction Day" by streaming a concert online on the same day.
Also the trailer from Comic Con or one similar will debut this weekend. In fact there are supposedly two trailers: one released Saturday and one on Sunday.
