any job that can aoe , can cleave, even dnc is good at cleaving with no foot rise and TP return flourish. many people are already doing this, except for some ignorant NA in Ifrit that thinks cleave = WAR onry

u really expect it to be a MNK and WAR onry affair?

First of all, You could have been said that earlier!
I knew thf and dnc could do it just havent connected facts that NIN has Aeolian Edge too.

Its not about not knowing NIN has A Edge (was using it to cap amber for example) but I just havent got the idea of using it to cleave on NIN (dont ask my why idk lol).

PLD is an awful choice for cleaving for the simple fact that after you cleave and get time/KI's you can't do anything in the zone efficiently, if you're going to cleave go on a job that can make better use of the KI/time. (like mnk, war, nin, etc)

What atma set would you use for Edge on THF? VV and two MAB?

RR, Gales, Ultimate

If you're interested in nothing but cleaving, toss a second MAB Atma or Smiting Blow in there instead of RR.

Better yet, toss the second MAB atma in anyway. If you want to move on to do something besides cleaving, go to 00 and have your cleaving atmas purged.

Not sure why there is always discussions about mixing Atmas for dual purpose when it takes 30 seconds to change them around.
