Just for your information without DA FH will usually do around 1700. With Impetus Vsmite will do around 2500-2700 most of the time. Guess what that is few % off from your eyeballed 60%!

as for ODD on vere, its the same as having any 1H empyrean dualwielding. left hand or right hand doesnt matter for H2H because you still punch with both hands no matter what

if 1h empyrean ODD can proc on off hand, the proc% and damage will still be the same as it is on main hand

That is not exactly true. Let's take Kannagi/kamome example here. Kannagi is 57% of base damage in this combo and Kamome 43% so ODD on Kannagi gives you more then ODD on Veret where distribution is 50/50 ( this is aside of overall better dps on H2H vs katanas)

finally, last but not least, 10% to proc relic triple attack is being generous. It is prolly only around 5%. idk maybe someone parsed 10% which made you think that way

I lowered fSTR intentionally to make up for my highest base VIT as Galka. fTP include gorget and belt which is +0.2. DA is 23 with /war (2% from aug on feet) and 3% TA.
