I'm pretty sure all ranks are like this.
I'm pretty sure all ranks are like this.
If any of you guys want to make a ranked team and need a top laner hit me up @ Wobbly Tuna in game or PM me here I'm only bronze now but rarely play ranks. I feel that if I stop playing normals and focus on ranks I can rank up quickly. Anyways, solo queue is toxic imo, 5v5 ftw!
Dear Riot,
Nice team ranking.
How the...?
Probably has to do with the fact that TSM, C9 and Vulcun has 19 games and Dig, CLG and curse have 18. But a higher rank with the negative w/l doesn't make sense lol.
Jesus, Nientonsoh is so good. One of the best AD Carries in NA, moved to Top and immediately makes an impact. Very rarely out of position, a rock in top lane. I am impressed and surprised that no one picked him up before MRN considering he knew some top players before joining MRN.
His Elise play especially has been spectacular. It was good to see CLG dump the "protect Doublelift" strategy this week. If they can continue to foster a more well-rounded team leaning more heavily on Nien, then they have a change to give us something other than C9 to talk about come World Championships.
EDIT: And switching to EU LCS for a second, the champion variety this week has been crazy. Karma jungle? Talon mid raping faces? Kassadins coming out all over the place? Corki?! The trend continues that the level of play in EU has taken a step backwards as a whole, but the entertainment value has remained consistent.
EG losing the first game on Saturday was mindblowing.
The game where Nien 3:1 and saved (took? I'm not exactly clear on it) a tower wasn't saved their Twitch channel so I never got to see it. If anyone knows where I can watch this game I would be grateful for a link.
The EU is bronze league now, but I do like seeing other champs.
NA is learning from Korea (C9 copying them completely and crushing, CLG hiring a pro-Korean coach, everyone that didn't adapt [Curse] losing), and EU is just falling behind.
Do you remember the week/day of that match? The twitch archive still has the full broadcasts up, so you can find it here: http://www.twitch.tv/riotgames/profile/pastBroadcasts If you know what day it was, you have to manually search through that day's broadcast to find it, which isn't too hard.
Oh, that was the day that EU ran super long, so they missed part of the NA broadcast. Yeah... not sure if they recorded and posted the match(es) that were missed because of that.
EDIT: Here's CLG's game from W6D1. Hopefully it's what you're looking for. If not, this YouTube channel has every match from NA and EU LCS split out from the full broadcast.
Pretty sure the match you're talking about was from MLG, CLG v TSM. You can probably find it on mlg's LoL youtube channel.
Holy shit, just now watching the Gambit/Fnatic game from this past weekend. Someone needs to tell them that you never go full retard. The only thing that I think that EU does right that NA is missing is playing Lissandra. She does look pretty strong with lots of control. That said, I couldn't care because I really feel like Korea, China and SEA are so far ahead I would much rather the NA follow them until they get on their level than try to innovate. You can tell that some of the NA teams are starting to really take this seriously. And it's making for some great games.
Deft! I think you are right, because those were never streamed! Awesome, thanks to both of you.
C9: NA's last hope. I've always been a pretty big TSM fan so it's pretty disheartening to see them in such a slump, really hope that they at the very least qualify for worlds.
I think TSM, CLG and Curse were all caught off guard by Vulcan and C9. C9 is completely legit and now top tier. Vulcan looks like they might be pretenders. I think that it is good that those teams were caught off guard because I think that is really what is motivating them to take the series seriously instead of just assuming that they are always going to be there so there is little to work for.
Hey so I recently started playing League mostly playing support, but wanted to try out jungling/top lane champs. Sejuani/Nautilus are my current junglers I wanna learn, but I don't have anyone for top lane yet. I'm also only level 20 so keep that in mind.
Zac
Good choice, but you can play almost anyone top lane right now. You can also play Sejunai and Nautilus top lane too. Basically, go 9/21/0 and buy bruiser-ish and you can top lane. If you want to go more offensive, then your choices get cut down somewhat. If this was 3.8, I would say 100% Kha'Zix. Now, in his duelist/assassin retarded make-up, I would avoid him.
Do you prefer melee or ranged? Most ranged top lanes are AP. Most melee are sustain or AD.
Either or, I just played sejuani jungle for the first time and went 1/1/10 and fucking loved her. Will look into zac since he seems fun to play and whatnot.
