Air xfactor is great if they nerf xfactor itself a bit. Losing your last character to chip before they even touch the ground is retarded.

Liking some of the changes to the current cast, especially Spencer with an OTG that doesn't wallbounce. Joe's sidestep should help a ton with his short range. Nice to see they're buffing some of the weaker characters, hopefully they tone down the top just a little instead of going overboard and bringing everyone to Wolverine levels of stupid.

Firebrand looks great if only because he has a ground bounce AND wall bounce on point. Hopefully combo scaling doesn't gimp his possibilities too hard.

Also, Strider with two level 3s? Curious whether that means something for the rest of the cast or if he's just going to be in dire need of a battery.

Im hoping so. Ghost rider was 100% deconfirmed by Lupinko after he gave hints towards him, so was Jubilee. And he only 100% deconfirmed a handful of characters (like 3-4 in total). So I'm kinda getting my hopes up >.>

They have to nerf Wolverine, do something about Pheonix (id say make her a regular character w/ twice as much health and give her a lv 3 DP transformation for like 10 seconds), as well as a slew of other adjustments.

I can post the huge write up I made on Ghost Rider a week ago, if you want to read it and SRK resuscitates itself. Lupinko was definitely trolling me and everyone else. Also people survived level 3 X-Factor if you were watching well.

Ghost Rider looks better in gameplay than I thought he'd be, so that's three. Hawkeye... I'd have rather they put Vision in from the old Avengers arcade game back in the 90's, but the cocky fuck -does- complete an Avengers team, which you know someone is going to make all kinds of new tech for.

I'm STILL holding out for Gambit, X, and SOMEONE from the BoF series, Jesus. I'd even take that arrogant fuck, Karn; at least his transformations would be ballin', plus he's agile as shit with those daggers and all that master thief stuff.

But really.. looks like doing a horizontal team aerial combo actually lowers the other person's meter, as TBR pointed out to me.. so that's a huge plus. Anti-Phoenix ftw.

Granted people will always wanna do that against a Phoenix, so I'm sure people would just continue to guess the horizontal route, lol.

Lifebars still suck too.. need to be more outline for other chars, to know their health and all that.

Lifebars definitely suck. The X Factor flashing and shit is a huge distraction. However, knowing this is a new generation fighter, we'll probably be able to go back to the older version of the lifebars.
