Halone is described as a "bitter rival" of Nophica. Other than that there's absolutely no mentions of rivalry between anyone else. Halone isn't even mentioned in Nophica's description.

Yeah, now that I look, the rivals line does look a little blue in comparison to the legend, must be the difference between thick and thin of the colour, I'll tweak it

From reading the Ul'dah and Hells Guard descriptions on the official site, it sounds like Nald'thal, the Traders, is the deity of Ul'dah.
