Same time as all of the other awards, at the ceremony on June 23. Versus has live coverage.

Sources say the cap will either rise to 58.8 or drop to 56 depending on how the NHLPA votes on the annual 5% inflation measure.

Most signs that I saw were pointing towards the slight increase. At any rate imma go ahead and start an off-season thread after this post, it'll be pretty slow for the next 10 days or so, but the week after gets fun, awards on the 23rd, draft on the 26th, then the Ilya Kovalchunk Sweepstakes starts on the July 1st!
