Why did they take their helmets off at the start when most people don't, I don't watch hockey much anymore so I don't know how common this is. I would prefer everyone do that when they fight because I hate to see people punch hard plastic helmets and risk breaking their hand.

Some people do, some don't. It's advised they don't just in case they get knocked out/slip/whatever and hit their head on the ice without the helmet on (which is what happened to Cooke vs. Evander Kane, which almost ended with him leaving the ice on a stretcher).

Washington v. Montreal - 7 games simply due to Washington having to get back into the routine of games that matter.

New Jersey v. Philadelphia - 6 games.

Buffalo v. Boston - 6 games.

Pittsburgh v. Ottawa - 7 games. Going out on a huge limb, but for some reason asinine reason I think Ottawa can do it.

San Jose v. Colorado - 5 games, the curse ends.

Chicago v. Nashville - 6 games.

Vancouver v. Los Angeles - 5 games.

Phoenix v. Detroit - 7 games.

I agree and like I said before, I want the Coyotes to win, but I really don't think it'll happen with a sweep. I think if any series goes to 7, it'd be that one.

Also, the Hossa curse only works in the finals, so I think the Hawks will be fine for a while.
