WotG Allegiance switch and mission progress

i'v asked this in the random thread in advance section but thought asking here would more appropriate.

In regard of WotG missions.
I was Bastok allegiance and switched to sandy. i'm already at mission 18.
Do i have to do previous Sandy quest line to advance? or it's possible to progress with the missions and just pick up the coming Sandy quests?

Allegiance has nothing to do with WotG quests. You can do any storyline at any time. Meaning, you don't have to do any Sandoria quests to continue the missions if you have already done Bastok's.
