I think your best bet would be one of two methods, depending on the strength of your characters:
1. Fully debuff thingy (SLOW is the important one), equip offensive accessories, bring it to 50%~ HP and zerg it before it finishes standing upright (and restores all of its HP), or;
2. Equip damage reduction accessories and do it slowly but surely. Ensure it remains fully debuffed throughout the fight (SLOW again being important) and then zerg it when you Stagger it. Consider using a SEN almost fulltime.
I'd use a party of Sazh +
Method1: Fang + Lightning
Method2: Hope + Fang
You want Sazh for Haste. Method1's party allows you to effectively build chain with COM/RAV/RAV and potentially zerg with 3x COM whilst keeping debuffs and a SEN for emergencies. You could use Hope over Lightning if you feel you need the better healing.
Method2's party is more defence-orientated, with a stronger healer but still strong offensive capabilities. Fang can tank using SEN and the other two as COM/RAV => RAV/RAV as necessary. Remember Fang is the one with Slow though!
