Correct. Never really been an issue in my experience. Is this with the anniversary ring?

Anniversary, Allied, Kupofried etc. also like level ~50, so the box is a full level in itself

kinda sucks but hey i got from 48 to 55 in like 2 hours im not complaining

Right, you can't get 2 levels from the hoardbox xp but you can level off of the mob xp and then level again on the hoardbox. You can also level on the box and be @1 and then level again from the C.C. points box xp.

Never solo/kited verdelet before, would cor be fine /rdm to solo this? Just wondering if he will melee you at all or just spam spells. Also do puks count as dragons as far as zeni is concerned?

You'll still get decent points for puks when it's "XXX from the dragon family", but at best it'll be 65-74 or so... ~25 less than if it was actually puks - I don't recall what they are normally. If you can't do a Dahak, grab a Skoffin at MJSP for 74 points a plate.

Thoughts on 5/5 Finale and Lullaby recast merits? Are Minuets imperative? Was looking to use BRD more for low man events and such.

I would consider finale merits more beneficial than minuets since you only ever cast minuet with zerg or multi brd situations. Not like the extra few atk is going to make or break anything. fFnale recast could be pretty useful if you need to spam dispel.

Question: Why does simply having Signet on boost your evasion and defense so much? Did SE fuck it up and always apply the alleged EP~EM auto-target bonus? As soon as Signet wears off, I get my ass handed to me by the EP mobs I'm normally afk-soloing...

No... you might want to go ahead and look it up as well. There's only supposed to be a bonus to evasion and defense when you auto-target an Easy Prey/Decent Challenge/Even Match mob. Not just an innate bonus that's always there.

The Signet bonus applies to an "auto-attack target" that is even match and weaker, not an "auto-target target." As in, the one thing you are currently engaged to and attacking (EP-EM, not including anything that links) and not just targets you automatically switch to.

Only done it as rdm/nin before, so not completely sure, but you may be fine /rdm. it stops to cast spells repeatedly, even when you're out of range, so it's extremely easy to kite, however it does run pretty quick, so if you get close, it can close the distance between you pretty quickly, and it will melee you. I'd probably try it /nin first, then if you think you don't need it, go /rdm next time.

Does anyone have actual confirmation that you can reobtain allied ring after throwing it away during the same week you purchased one?
I'm at the sigill npc and i dont see it as buyable with the ring in invo(other rare ex items that i do own show up) so im starting to think the person that said i can throw it away and reobtain is just trying to fuck with me.

You can reobtain after the conquest tally, so long as the conditions for it being available are met (i.e. Throne Room (S) under allied control). Not sure if you need to throw it away before the tally or not, I would to be safe.
