It appears that bitgamer stripped my invites. I went from 1.05(what is needed ratiowise) to 1.049. I got a friend to loan me some bandwidth to get me back up but I won't have invites until tomorrow. Whoops @ me for running off my mouth.

So apparently the PAL version is FPS locked at 25fps but the JP version wasn't FPS locked at all.

No options let him get higher than 25 fps.

Sorry, to be clear that is what he is saying about the FPS? Based only on his Dolphin play? Seems very odd. If that is true, I imagine it won't be long until someone just tosses the english subs into the JP iso. I would think that would be possible but who knows.

I wonder if it is somehow due to the new larger filesize. Guessing that someone will figure something out on Dolphin. There are only about 936 settings to mess with.

Haha, I wasn't trying to imply that at all. Though of course I had no idea how well versed either of you were with Dolphin. I am very interested in why that would be. Has he brought that discovery up anywhere? GBATemp perhaps?

A lot of PAL wii games are hard locked to 25fps to interface with old interlaced PAL displays.

That forces 60hz not 60 fps. I got it up on my Wii forcing NTSC but I can't eyeball a difference between 25 and 30 fps. It's definitely not getting in the 40s though.
