The Logitech I tried seemed to lag badly for FFXI, any recommendations? I sit about 15 feet from my monitor and am tired of the house traffic tripping on my wires or unplugging them.

If you aren't in the mood for a 50/50 swap, go with the Kensington mouse and keyboard set. That mouse is godly.

Funny, I had that same Microsoft keyboard and the letters would "stick" even though the physical buttons were fine. Did it just a few weeks after i bought it.

Logitech S510. Best wireless keyboard/mouse I've ever used. Love the media controls, too.

What's your monitor refresh rate? LCD or CTR?

I run FFXI on a pair on Sony TVs. 120hz 42" and a 60hz 52" LCDs.

Meh doesnt really matter I remember FFXI runs at a locked 30 fps.

I've got the Microsoft Wireless Laser 6000 (kb/mouse) and it barely reaches 2 feet. Might just be the ones I have though. Box says it should reach up to 6. It does feel good in the hands, I'll give it that much.
