The problem is it's gonna be set during the Succession Wars, so they can't use Clan mechs.
To pad out the roster, and they didn't know what they were doing, Piranha ended up trying to implement the Unseen, and Harmony Gold came down on their ass.

Development will continue, it's just been slowed by an IP speedbump.
