NM popped after killing the first Gully Clinoid we found, swapped between two attack modes one where it was slow as hell, another where it constantly tripled. Used Blood Weapon three times, can't remember at what HP %. Easy fight aside from one thing

Was ignoring utsu and one-shotting our melee, we had enough to keep an unweak one tanking it at all times but was a PITA. Got 1,250 when we killed it and the above drops.

Something I noted that I've not seen said yet: I recognised all the NPCs in Tahrongi [A] as existing in "real" Windurst - while running around we found the cat thief's 2 underling NPCs, but they didn't say anything of note relating to quests.

Really having fun in these new zones so far.

I can't seem to find this anywhere.

Do you have to actually talk to the NPC everyday to get a stone, or do they build up on their own like Campaign Ops?

If I have to make a trip to Port Jueno every day just for this I'm gonna rage.

You will only need to check every 3/4 days (depending on your stone cap).

Heres what I wanna know

Can we store 3 stones on ourselves, then 3 on the npc, thus as a group do 2 sequential 1:30 runs for a total of 3 hours in abyssea once a week?

I hope someone has the patience (or an alt character they don't use) to test it. Right now I'm saving my stones for a 3 stone entry tomorrow.

Uh, following what I've done in Abyssea, maybe they pop something somewhere? (And he just popped when you guys killed the mob, was anyone in yellow HP? He popped in the middle of us fighting a monster, which is why I ask.)

A Qutrub popped when we were in Abyssea-Mea yesterday... on the very first mob. Started with the letter M.

I just ran up to sing songs, he spawned... (HUGE guy. Like twice my height, and I'm an Elvaan ) I was like: "Oh! Look! Cool! NM!"

Then he smacked me for 3400 damage and despawned. My first experience was quite painful. ;___;

have killed alot of T3 VNMS and gotten nada but an ingot. also a similarly difficult NM in abyssea-holla, which dropped nothing. so don't know about the 100%'s. also the necklaces are tradeable, unlike magian T3 drops. (pre update anyway.)

as for rocl, we where other gathering, mages weren't at camp so very likely someone went into yellow HP. did you get the same drops as us?

another note: bird in holla dropped 1.5k exp, with 5 ppl. we had 10~ for mea tonight, got 1.3k exp

We only had him pop on our first foray in Abyssea on patch day (w/ 4 ppl) and made short work of us. Considering when he popped, he outright killed our BRD (who was in yellow latent HP), we weren't prepared at all.

When we went in again, we went straight for the Efts and popped Abas who dropped another (I'm guessing) pop item, but no idea where to trade it in at.

Last nights run we obtained pretty obvious stuff but meh, looking for glavoid shells so going to try to look for Giant worms under the assumption it drops from them

Just encountered Minhacoa a sandworm mob in Abyssea Mea. He had high def and did kill the 4 of us; but it took quite a lot for him to do so. He's certainly takeable, we just didn't have time/right setup. He did a void move which blinded/slowed. He stripped everyone (avoidable).

I didn't see any named this, but I did see several called Vermes Carnium. Hate seemed weird on the one we fought, Chen nuked it with a tier3 and it wouldn't look at anyone else even after vokes, WS, etc. It then dropped a blue treasure chest, but we timed out before I could figure out the code to open it. They were all were the Crag Of Mea is in Tahronghi Canyon normally.

for what's it's worth i pulled the mob with a t3, maybe magi emnity, or maybe inital pull boosted emnity.
