    Alot of people have told me this, I was a total nub when I bought it, I wanted a fast bike, after researching it, I was sold. She was so pretty sitting there, I couldnt say no. Christmas bonus spent.

    the only thing that changed going for a 6 or a 7 to a 1000 was the frequency in which i had to buy new tires. that torque'll get ya

    Helmet: some shitty 100$ helmet that I haven't replaced
    Pants: jeans til I can get some leather pants/1pc suit

    For good gear prices, you might want to see if there's a rider forum for your area. I know that here in California we have BARF (Bay Area Riders Forum), which is a huge force in the moto community. Lots of charity events, rider safety training at high schools, etc.

    I got my Shift suit for $250 because the guy bought it and didn't realize it didn't fit. He wore it less than a half dozen times. Great suit, even if it doesn't have pucks (as if you really need those unless you're an A group rider or a racer. )

    If he rides within his limits, he'll be fine. I started on a 600, everyone told me that it was too much bike for a beginner, but I took it slow, got a feel for the bike and don't go past the point where I'm comfortable.

    I drive a 2010 Ford Mustang Coupe Premium.... glad to see other Mustang owners on here. in b4 "should have waited til 2011 lol" but considering I managed to get it brand new for under 20k I have absolutely no regrets. A 2011 model similar to mine would retail for almost 30k.

    GDI ecks. I'm still a few months from my 2011 camaro going to be black with the dark grey stripes. How is it to drive? Worth the cash?

    currently driving this, 89 camaro RS. (not my photo). mine has t-tops, but it's the same color. Great car, get some looks in it which makes me feel good, and has a dropped in v8 305. selling it off once i can get my 2011.

    I drove a 2010 Camaro wasn't impressed at all honestly - it just felt big and stocky and didn't feeling as nimble as the Mustang or even the Dodge Challenger. I would test drive all 3 before choosing the Camaro and decide which one you like.

    1991 Nissan 300ZX - Non-turbo, 5-speed, two-seater, 3.0L quad-cam 24V V6 (VG30DE), 222 HP, 23,000 miles when purchased ($9100), sold with 43,000 miles ($7000). Small upgrades included a cat-back exhaust system, JWT pop-charger and lightweight underdrive pulley, also 19" Enkei wheels. I miss this car terribly, and fully intend to buy another car just like it (except Twin Turbo this time) later on, if I can still find one with such low mileage.

    2001 BMW 325ci - E36, 2.5 liter I-6 (M54), 192HP with double-VANOS valve timing, automatic transmission (yuck) - 19,000 miles when purchased ($12000), sold at 41,000 miles after giving me tons of problems with its electrical systems, including a bad alternator which BMW wanted to charge me $1000 to fix. Sold the car for $6500 in its non-running condition (huge loss). I loved this car for its styling, one of the world's most beautiful car designs for below $100,000, in my opinion. It's a shame it was such a problem child to me because I did enjoy it.

    2006 Pontiac GTO. Originally designed and built in Australia and badged as the Holden Monaro. This car was also sold in England as the Vauxhall Monaro and in the Middle East as the Chevrolet Lumina SS. Bought with 13,000 miles, currently has 16,600 on it. The engine is a 400 HP, 400 ft-lb GM LS2 engine which also powers the 2005-2007 Chevrolet Corvette. It has a 6-speed manual Tremec transmission. This car was tinkered with by its previous owner and included a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system, a lightened underdrive pulley, K&N cold-air intake, a Diablosport Predator tuning system, Aeroforce Scangauge gauges mounted inside, and a $1000+ Kenwood stereo/DVD with a touch-screen headunit and on-board satnav. I have done no upgrades on it thus far, but plan to install improved headers, as well as a full four-wheel Brembo disc system with new wheels and tires later on. It's scheduled for a track day with NASA at VIR at the end of July, so I'm looking forward to playing with it a bit!
