"Should See" Movies?

I'm on a real pirating kick with my new computer, I want to pirate 1.5TB (my HD) by the end of the summer and I'm wondering what are some of the "Must See" movies.

I spent my whole life growing up playing video games so I haven't seen anything like Reservoir Dogs or Boondock Saints or anything like that, basically anything that doesn't involve Godzilla or Bruce Lee that came out before 2002 there's a high probability I haven't seen it.

So I turn to you geekly, what are some of the best movies out there that people "should" see? Feel free to list just about anything, hell even just list your favorite movies if you want; I've got plenty of space left and I'd love to have everything I can.

unless you have a vid card with an hdmi port, dvd will always look better. I have dl some movie that weren't available at my local vid store, but they looked bad... I only dl tv, movies deserve the respect of upconvert on my ps3 for my hdtv.

I've seen the whole vengeance trilogy, I fucking LOVE old boy it's definitely one of the best things I've ever viewed with my eyes.
