NOT Limsa Limosa for sure. Probably that green place that looks like there i s stained glass everywhere. The one in that cool green wallpaper.
Ul'dah. I was Bastokan, too. For some reason, I find it difficult to pick pretty landscapes; I sort of force myself to prefer caves and prairies...
Whatever the Elf starter city is.
Spoiler: show
Not Limsa Lominsa. After the alpha/beta and the fact that they use the music from it in half the videos I'm sick of it.
Limsa Lominsa, likely.
I've always felt more at home in port cities.
I'll go to a city where they have leatherworking.... or maybe even clothcraft. Most likely leathercraft though!
which ever city has the fewest taru npcs. their god awful babytalk made me want to hang myself in my closet.
loved the forest around Sandy so dark forests around Gridania will do nicely.
The city reminded me of Bastok a lot more than Sandoria. Sure, there is elvaan, but the architecture (white stone, shape of the fountain, big fortress in the center), and the politics (musketeer) make it much closer to bastok. Hell, even the outside map, while being similar to la theigne reminded me of gustaberg with its big cliff near the ocean and light house
Different people might get different impression, but I really didn't get the sandorian vibe from LL, aside the dominant race.
W/E gets shot in the face the hardest by arrows.
I'm leaning towards Gridania since I've seen a lot of Limsa Lominsa, the latter just won't feel as new. HD forest area outside will probably look prettier than the area outside Limsa and the desert (?) outside Ul'dah. It will remind of of starting in Ronfaure.
Limsa Lominsa ftw its gonna be the sandy of ffxiv :D
Gridania... i live in arizona... i need to be in shaded places regardless whether its online or not.
Last time you won a shoe melt competition?
I started in Windurst in XI, so whatever the equivalent is for XIV is where I'll be once more. Yup.
