    n52te + win7

So I recently got a n52te as a gift. No box, no manuals, nothing, have to find the correct drivers and such.

I have installed, Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit. Google is kind of grim since apparently Belkin doesn't support the n52te anymore and the vista 64bit drivers don't work either.

Anyone know of any way to get it to work in Win7? Or am I stuck using default setup / uploading profiles via a XP comp.

Yeah, guess I should have been more specific. The gamepad itself is working fine. My computer registers it and it works. The problem is that the loadout manager doesn't recognize it, I think a few of your links said that too, basically the profiles appear all grey, doesn't recognize the n52te, so can't do anything to them =(

I couldn't find anything either. It sucks that Belkin dropped support for the device. Perhaps list it on Amazon and pickup a Logitech G13 instead? I have one of those, and the before my purchase, the Belkin was definitely in the runnings, but in the end I know Logitech would support their product for awhile so I went with it. Also, I preferred the feel more.

Oh well, I thought it didn't exist since I couldn't find it via Razer's site but apparently there's a n52te editor + uploader from Razer that works with Win7. I don't think they use the same file extensions as the other profile loaders so can't import stuff I guess but it works.

Mine works fine with windows 7 32bit, including the manager. is it just a 64bit issue?

Not completely sure since I only have 64bit to test with. Though the software's been kind of flaky since Belkin stopped supporting it, like how n52 works using vista drivers but the TE doesn't. Wouldn't surprise me if the 32bit works but not the 64bit.
