Th show seems to be jam packed with drama cliche's. Still not that bad atm though.
tried to start reading the comic. read the first 3 chapters before I got bored. Maybe I'll try again some other time.

I'm not sure if it's being implied that Shane and Lori had an affair going on before the zombie outbreak but according to the comic this was not the case. Shane was always attracted to her but it was never said or even implied that anything was going on until after they left. I'm not sure if that's a spoiler for anything but I'm sure someone's going to whine about it.
That ending was obvious as fuck and it was still awesome. Probably the music that did the trick.
The most unbelievable part of the storyline thus far is that there's 2 black people and the show takes place in Atlanta.
Anywho, started watching this yesterday...my wife is more into it than I am. Good damn show. Glad it got renewed. Kinda shocked the reunion happened as quick as it did.
Was a good episode again. I felt kind of sorry for shane at the end actually.

Rick would have gone back regardless. The reason he gave to Shane is the real reason. He's an ethical man.
Me... I don't know, probably not.
the better question is would he have gone back if there wasn't a brother
For guns and walkie yeah prob.
And the fact that he wants to save the two who saved him. He's a good guy; takes chances and doesn't afraid of anything.

I saw that wondered what the fuck too lmao. I was like umm... Id take my chances with that little as metal attached to the cuffs as opposed to saw through bone.
Yeah, we had the same conversation at home when that part came up. I cant wait to see how that part fully plays out, I'd have popped him in the head with a bullet right as I got to camp and saw wtf.
Didn't they talk about it in episode 2, that the hacksaw wasn't strong enough to cut through the cuffs? Maybe I'm just imagining it, but I'm thought something to that effect came up. It only seems logical to assume, though, that he tried to cut through the bolt and/or the cuffs, and it didn't work, so he went with his hand instead. That's what I assumed when watching it, anyway.
no, they said the saw couldn't cut through the gate in the sewer.
That's not to say that he didn't try the saw on the cuffs first and it didn't work.
Yeah but even then the bolt the cuffs were stuck to was small enough that he should have been able to cut through that even if he couldn't hack through the cuffs.
They did go out of their way to show that he was delusional and under stress with the zombies trying to push their way through the door. I see it as him feeling under pressure to get the cuffs off fast while also not thinking clearly (or at all) enough to cut through the bolt if the cuffs were too tough to cut through. Maybe the zombies were able to squeeze through, we don't know. We weren't shown the rescue party killing any other than the one on the first floor and there were two or three, at the least, at the door. I don't think those zombies would just give up and I doubt they'd get distracted when they have their eyes on a screaming target only 10 or so feet away.
