iPod Touch/Phones are pretty finicky when it comes to file access since it's assuming you own the originals on the PC/Mac you sync with it. Picture quality sucks overall on Touch anyhow since they are reduced to a low-resolution image on the thing rather than keeping the original fullsize as well.
