New PC build for retrogaming - in dire need of advice

So yeah, I'm on the verge of buying a new system and since I know jack shit about computer hardware I thought of asking here for advice (cant access my original account for some reason...I have already contacted Sonomaa about it though...but I'm digressing).

I'm not looking for a typical gaming PC though, it's mainly going to be used for (competitive) retrogaming and I want it to be dirty cheap. I've just spent several hundreds of euros on a Logitech G27 driving wheel + parts for a custom playseat (dat friggin Rally seat costed me an arm and a leg) in preparation of the Gran Turismo 5 release so I don't feel like spending much (besides, I got a pretty decent laptop already).

...thus my priorities are the following:

    - should run 2D retrogames emulators (up to the Neo Geo, WinUAE and CPSIII, I play a lot of Fighters online) flawlessly at 1600x1200 and 85 Hz (keep in mind that my old Pentium 4 3.0 GHz with 1 Gb of RAM and an ATi Radeon X800 GT could barely cut it, would shut itself down frequently and showed 100% CPU usage pretty much 24/7, go fucking figure)
    - must have both VGA *and* either DVI or HDMI ports (my Alienware LCD full HD monitor only has HDMI and DVI whereas my Silicon Graphics Trinitron CRT got VGA and that weird port for SGI workstations whose name escapes me atm)
    - the cheaper, the better, I'm really trying to save money on this since I actually need it just to play SWOS online on Commodore Amiga emulators (yes, I'm a tourneyfag), Street Fighter III and KoF on GGPO and to browse the web
    - would be cool if it could run softwares such as Photoshop and Inkscape decently

I already have monitors and hard disks and I'm gonna use an old XP License on it due to compatibility issues with the aforementioned emulators (the Commodore Amiga one, specifically).

Please be very specific with parts as I'm gonna look em up and have the PC built on your specifications. I was looking to spend around 300~350 Euro, could it be done?

Thanks in advance for your help guys.

    Mobo: MSI 790XT-G45 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130265) - $90
    GPU: 8800GTX - $50-90, check eBay
    CPU: Phenom II Callisto (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103818) - $80
    PSU: Corsair CMPSU-650TX 650W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139005) - $90
    Memory: GSkill DDR2 SDRAM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231098) - $55
Hard Drive: Western Digital 640GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136218) - $70. Minus this if you're using your old computer's hard drive.

Total: $455, which should come out to just a tiny bit over $350 Euro, less if you can get the GTX for around $50 (moreso if you don't need a new hard drive) - I just scanned eBay real quick and there were more than a few listings with a $50-60 instant buyout. If you can't find a decent price on the GTX, the 8800GTS is more than good enough for what you're planning on using the PC for. I'm assuming you don't need a case (or mouse/keyboard) and plan on re-using your previous one. A mid tower case will run you anywhere from $50 to $100+ depending on what you get. I suggest a Smilodon (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156063) but if you want to be fancy the Storm Sniper and Antec 900 cases are both great mid towers.
