71 hours is impressive though.

Better to go out than become a pile of mediocrity. Though I think the biggest gift this show is giving is all the other shows started by people who worked on this. (Especially looking at Steven Universe).
I feel like it's already been on too long, so this is for the best.
Nope, the time with it flew by imo. That said I'd much prefer a detailed and established ending like they are possibly describing than having a Young Justice ending.

Adventure Time Season 7 Final
Cartoon Network did not air a single TV promo for final two episodes of Season 7 and I didn't discover it aired until I saw some random twitter post yesterday. I hope they’re happy for having lowest rating episode of the whole series.
The final raise more questions than answers, but these episodes carve out a definitive path toward the end of the series .We’ve got a new character who is hellbent on forcefully dragging humanity into a golden age with technological modification. Susan Strong, who herself appears to be a cyborg of some sort. We also have a new mysterious location called "The Island" where the last remnant of humanity may still exist, and Finn finds himself without his arm again as the Grass Sword fuses with the broken Finn Sword and becomes a brand new entity.
Rumor that Season 8 will have a new Mini-series about "The Island"

Sounds like Thundercats all over again.
Isn't Susan the one from the underground community of humans?
Yeah. Or she was until these 2 episodes. Trying to find them myself to get a watch

She is, but they were always some sort of mutant fish people. It was never known what she was for many seasons. There was an episode where she let Finn feel her neck area under her cat hat and it was assumed by his reaction that there were not gills present.

Only until recently did we see the mod on her head.

Rumor turned out to be true. Even if Cartoon Network doesn't air the Mini Series, at least we got a release date for DVD/Online Store release(Itunes, Amazon etc).

Didn't Finn have a metallic arm in one of those flash forward episodes? Can't remember which one.

Pretty sure he has one in like, every scene that doesn't take place in the present, or in reality.
Lol. That's the time he got lost in Pillow World

We were incredibly fortunate to have the fantastic staff of Science SARU animate a new intro for the upcoming Islands miniseries. They’re so good it’s breathtaking.
