I'll start off with my breakfast!

1/2 cup oatmeal + handful of frozen blueberries

All on a whole wheat wrap with Hot Sauce. Fucking delicious.

I just finished breakfast which was Yogurt, Strawberries and bottle of water. Typical breakfast for me after my morning run. Holds me over nicely until dinner later tonight and after my evening workout.

Nah, its more than enough and you get used to it. I usually go through my morning workout routine, eat a power bar, nuts (HUUUR DUUUR) or fruit in the afternoon and go to the gym and hit the weights and eat dinner when I get home in the evenings.

You have to train your body to not consumed every fucking thing in sight. I enjoy food and eat quite a bit, but I dont just throw shit in my body. Its worked for me like this since college when they had us on strict diets to stay in shape. I liked it and continue to this day.
