I think if you interpret ESPN's rules, it reads that it's whoever had the longest streak throughout the season, which would have been me. But it was too much of a gray area for me to be the one to make that interpretation. I think next year I'm going to openly declare that the first tiebreaker is whoever has the longest streak to start the season, which combines the elements of a Suicide and Eliminator pool. Had we done that this year, Bregor would have been the winner.
This isn't even the worst Eliminator tiebreaker. The year I won the Eliminator game, Ryany tied (I think) and we had lost the exact same game in Week 6 or so, and had picked the same teams in weeks 15-17 or something like that, and the points scored by my week 14 pick was more than his.
