Neutral Impact has recently raised it's minimum rank for applicants and members to 40.

We will be raising the cap steadily over the next couple of weeks. By March 21st we will have our minimum rank requirement at 50!

Hello everyone~

First I'd like to extend my heartfelt sympathy and condolences to anyone who has been directly or indirectly affected by recent events in Japan. I know we are all cheering on the Japanese and worldwide aid in their rebuilding and recovery.

Due to the servers being down these past two weeks, Neutral Impact is delaying our minimum rank cap of 50 another week so players can get back into the swing of things. We've had some adjustments internally but I am always available for questions or comments about Neutral Impact or the Impact Gaming Community.

These recent updates have given us some fun things to do! Hopefully other players are feeling less caged in by the previously limiting content and everyone's spirits have brightened a bit.

We are still open to players rank 45+ who wish to join us and grow with the game. We're still looking for some Disciples of Magic, Hand, and War. While we're not actively looking for Disciples of Land, if you have a high interest in Botanist, Miner, or Fisher, it would never hurt your application!

Lots of changes in 1.18. We've all been busy clearing dungeons and getting all that new gear. Neutral impact is always looking for new candidates to bring along and share current and future events.

Looking for one, perhaps even two, very strong tanks (MRD or GLA both OK). Other than that our roster is fairly set.

Current LS goals are equipping everyone with +2/+3 weapons for fun and excitement and darkhold speed runs.

As most others we've been trucking along with the game. We've repearled and have a fresh, active roster of about 20 players. Darkhold speedruns have gone smoothly and 5-chest speedruns are being attempted for kicks too. DKP has been thrown out the window and the team determines who gets gear now. Ifrit battle is on our radar and we're confident we have the players to take it out after just a few attempts.

NI offers more than just a linkshell though. We are part of a gaming community and just one of three unique groups that play MMOs. Currently we have an 40-person roster for SW:TOR as well and our Rift branch is still hammering its way through content 3-4 times a week. We also have a Tuesday night community League of Legends night, but regular games are played throughout the week as well

Our total playerbase is over 100 players across our three games now and we will be here a long, long time. Join more than a guild--join a community of like-minded individuals where you can play anything you like, whenever you like with a strong team.

Things are rolling along and it's business as usual for us. Ifrit's down and we've been lucky to have gotten over two dozen weapons for our linkshell. We're starting to pickup on strongholds after a a long stretch at Ifrit.

Check our recruitment page for our current job interests. Even if your job is listed as "Closed", we always consider exceptional applicants if you provide us with a strong write-up. We are keeping the roster relatively small on a "just needed" basis and will not pack the house with unnecessary extras. That said, we are probably looking to bring in about 2-3 more end game players with a vast array of jobs.

Changed CNJ status to High and THM to Low. Looking for at least 1 full-time mage, but another would be great too, either class is OK.

Must be able to make our raid times 8pm-11pm every weeknight except Tuesday (day off). Weekends optional but encouraged (we are not very active on weekends unless planned in advance).

Neutral Impact is looking to expand its raid core! Currently we have a raid core of 14 players and about 6 casual members. We will accept single or group applications (previously we did not accept group applications) for members seeking to do end game. Briefly, Neutral Impact is part of the Impact Gaming Community, a multi-game gaming community. We currently host Final Fantasy XIV and SW:TOR. Members may play in one or as many MMOs/games as they choose with full access to any guilds you join within our community. In other words, you can move freely between the games as you wish without restriction. We have stable raid cores in both games currently and we will be around for a long time. There will always be an active raid core in any guild you join, we promise that! We are looking to expand (bring in new members) into Guild Wars 2, Diablo III, and other games on our watch list this year and in the future! We have great looking website, free Teamspeak server for all members, a mature adult community, blog hosting, raid planning, and lotsa other stuff you'd expect from a long-standing and polished gaming community.

Looking for a little bit of everything with the server mergers/world transfers.

In particular we're focusing on main Gladiators, Thaumaturges, and whatever is gonna be the next big thing in Patch 1.21. If there's a small guild that is looking for a merger of some sort, we can consider that too I guess, though we're not looking to bring in more than a 7-8 players tbh.

Our primary active time is EST 7pm-12am. Raid schedule is Mon/Wed/Thu with Friday/Sat as make-up days in case of holidays and other cancellations (rare).

But we are always looking for exceptional players and applications that stands out, even if the class you play is not there. We are taking advantage of this world merge as an unique opportunity to invite like-minded individuals with some serious skills and dedication for the game from all servers.

Just updated recruitment needs and they can be found on our frontpage. They are as follows!

BRD: Seeking ONE well-geared main. Must know proper DPS rotation and be support-minded as well. Knowledge of strategies and being a quick learner is huge here.
BLM: Looking for career mages here, not run-of-the-mill nukers. 2-3 players slots available only.
WAR: DPS spec'd warriors ready to go with the weapons they need. Knowing how to gear is more important than what you're wearing at the time of application. LF 2-3 players to fill these roles, possibly 1-2. You will not be asked to tank but having the gear is an obvious plus for your app.

Note: We require you to have at least 5 classes to 50. With how long this game has been on the market and the ease of leveling, we don't think this should be a big issue for most semi-hardcore end gamers. Past that, applicants should be able to fill multiple roles as needed, even if recruited for a "single" class. Since everything's intermixed, we expect applicants to have knowledge of at least 1 mage class, 1 dps class, and either an additional dps class or how to utilize a tank role. Flexibility is key to success in NI and we have high expectations for our applicants. While we are a super-hardcore group like others, we do offer raiding 5 nights a week and once on weekends. Raids are optional but we would hope you would want to join and participate at least 2-3 nights per week.

Recruitment has been closed for just over a month now but we are still accepting applications. We are not processing any of these applications until the launch of 2.0, and only in very limited quantities. Those we are considering are those players who are needed to fill roles within the linkshell.

However, and to deflect many of the questions that have come my way in recent weeks, Neutral Impact will be sponsoring a way for those members who feel they have the skills to join our end game group. I cannot give full details on that yet as they are not entirely hammered out yet, so I will say no more.
