Honestly those are the precise heroes you should be targeting with Dismember. If you're getting interrupted by someone else, a BKB or Linken's might be worth it. If they have multiple carries wrecking your face, you probably let the game go too long.

You really aren't going to be able to stop a farmed hard carry like Ursa and Huskar with their BKB up, that's what makes them hard carries. Pudge is actually one of the better counters to hard carries since he can disable them through their BKBs, if your team can focus them down in time.

I play, but I'm pretty limited in hero diversity. Generally mid with heroes that have lots of map/gank presence, like Furion / Night Stalker / Tiny, or trilane junglers, Engima or Lycan. I'm also semi-competent at long lane solo with Windrunner and Clinkz; babysit support with Venomancer, Venge, or Maiden; and babysat carry with Morphling, Naga or Chaos Knight.
