Gareth Malone's television appearances began in 2007 with his reality television series The Choir, broadcast on BBC Two. The series focussed on teaching choral singing to people who have no experience of singing, with the first programme set in a comprehensive school. Subsequent follow-ups continued the theme by taking choral music to challenging situations; Boys Don't Sing (2008) featured pupils at a boys' school who were reluctant to sing, and the third series, entitled Unsung Town, featured the formation of a community choir in South Oxhey, a suburban town where singing was not a current activity.
Is anyone else watching this? I'm fucking love it, Gareth Malone is so awesome.

The BBCA airing is currently in the "Boys Don't Sing" iteration after starting off with a short-series about assembling a choir at a school with the purpose of competing in a Choir-Olympic in China.

Understandable the series isn't for everyone, most of the stereotypes about choir-singing are covered in the Choirmaster's attempts to find participants, but personally I think the show is very endearing and interesting. Anyone else?
