Gridiron challenge, you pick players with a salary, there's no draft you can take whoever you want as long as they fit under the salary. It's pretty liberal to start out, I'm fairly sure you could get all of the most expensive players on your team right now if you wanted. The prices will change, though, so it's wise to grab people at low prices that you think will inflate during the season.
