I've just been leaving in Brutal for the extra DA, may look into doing a Flame Pearl or something else, but I find it hard to give up 5% DA for anything else.

Double post. If that's inside gear, Heafoc would be better, no? Is the 7 attack really better than the 1% DA? I know War has an innately high DA rate, and that it has decreasing returns, but iunno. I could see 3 str beating it, though.

Yeah I am at the point now on WAR everything I do it is pretty marginal. Also I don't have Heafoc, haven't really bothered with getting them.

Really? War uses grim inside and zahak's outside. I suppose 10 attack and 4 str is a large difference, but I would think Zahak's vs. drg AF3+2 would be similar.

wars should use grim for zerk down and zahak for zerg up, in abyssea or not.
Atm for DRG i use zahak both inside and out, but i never play drg outside to test it sadly.

Well, yes, and drg (if you're doing it right) shouldn't have access to berserk. I'll be using Zahak for my drg until I get my +2 body (been focusing a lot on war since I'm working on ukon).

I've seen at least 3 groups so far, i repeat, GROUPS, brewing multiple times.

Indrik h2h are really a holdover at best. Get Rev Fists+2 or Vereth ASAP if you plan to use MNK for pretty much anything. Ascetic's Fury is complete and utter shit compared to Victory Smite and no other single piece will do anywhere near as much for you.

Otherwise sets generally look fine. Work on full +2 as mentioned earlier. I believe +2 body will outdo Loki's for Smite, which means it should handily destroy Loki's for Fury (STR and VIT). If that's a PCC or a Zeal charm in your neck slot, I'd ditch it entirely once your h2h skill is capped. Orochi Nodowa < Agasaya's Collar < Faith Torque assuming you don't need Tiercel to hit 26% Haste (you don't), and I'd grab a Gorget for WS. It's a 5% fTP increase to use Flame/Light gorget on Fury, though Fury's only a temporary WS so you may not want to bother with a gorget you won't use if you're going to be upgrading to Smite soon. Shit's subjective.

I plan on getting vereth, but not for awhile as I have other emps i am aiming for(mainly armageddon once i get off my ass and work on it lol) Have light gorget, etc will fix stuffs D:

don't be too intimidated by vere if you are aurara, the first stage is pretty hard as far as things go but the second and third are very, very easy and free. faith torque is also easy now, running to pops/drop rate is the only annoying thing.
