If you can get your hands on some Rheic legs(Anything from +2 and up) that should free up some spots for improvements on TP set and WS set, they have a nice amount of STP on them.

I've been using this for DRG neck, not sure if it's the end all be all, but if you get the Rancorous Mantle it may be a decent addition.

Justiciar's Torque + Rancourous Mantle seems a better option by far.
Only real improvements to TP set are with Nyzul drops. You need Rheic Dirs +3 or better.
Drakesbane: As mentioned Rancorous+Justiciar's. Crit Dmg Augment Heca+1 hands. Outside Abyssea I would stick with Twilight Helm for the Dex tbh. Inside Abyssea, Rheic Korazin and Ogie's Hands should be better. Maybe outside too but I'd still lean towards Af3+2 body for the Dex.
Your point about other WSs doesn't make sense. Everytime you use a different WS, you lose your 5hit - a bad thing. Other WSs are just for procs, maintaining your 5hit should be more important than their damage. Swich in Af3+2 body and Ogier's Hands and it should give you 5hit off a 1-hit WS (Read: proc WSs). Also Rancor Collar will be useless on those.
Jumps: You need to keep your STP options on for Soul Jump as a single-hiit soul jump will be equivilent to 3 melee attacks, and if you don't have enough STP you'll be left needing an extra hit to 100%TP. So keep AF3+2 body. Less of an issue on Spirit Jump as you have a +5TP bonus on the first hit, but Idk how much STP you can afford to lose. Also why are you jumping in Dusk Gloves +1 when you have AF3+2? Haste for Jump Timer?
Healing Breath: Meridian Ring, Bomb Queen Ring, Ogier's Hands, Lancer's Earring.
And see, this is why I ask. ^^; Also I didn't think about +2 hands, I was just grabbing the atk+ gear for jumps that I had available, though admittedly I didn't consider the whole STR->Atk thing. ...Oh and hey look, they have DA+ on them. Geez that was a dumb miss.

thief knife main hand, th hands/feet fulltimed (can just keep them on for ws and final hits too)
I somehow doubt that will increase my dynamis solo farming efficiency
Rancor collar, dw boomerang or crossbow(acids when you pull/add Th and for sleeping adds to make pulling easy if you luck out on less competition) At least a demonry ring instead of that sniper's and/or work on epona for a start.
Point taken re: Epona's and I'll start farming a set, but wasn't Demonry's value considerably diminished after it being discovered it was 3% dmg + instead of 5%?
At what point are the monsters evasive at all to a thf in dynamis? And especially so with feint on a 2 min timer even with 1 merit now?
Not suggesting that Toreador's would be > Demonry in this particular instance, just wondering if there wouldn't be something better since demonry looks pretty meh at 3%.
