If it's actually the original Maikeru from Caitsith, I can't say I recall a whole lot about the individual other than them being in Dreamers and I think SuicideKings. I seem to remember there being some drama centered around him/her, but honestly it's been ages since those days and my memory outside of a few big names is a little hazy.

I'd say the red flag would be in the number of servers/linkshells listed on this BC and some of the comments on the old BC, but you might do better trying to contact one of the old Dreamers members or leaders that are still around on Caitsith.

You might want to try asking Kalessa, I think one or two of his members in Reminis are ex-Dreamers, so they might remember. The only other people I could think of to ask either don't play anymore or I'm relatively certain don't frequent these forums nowadays.
