Inc. change to all job abilities when OB and retail come out lol.
What's in there now is from the OB update, so it's just retail that I'll need to worry about. There actually wasn't much changed at all in regard to abilities it seems, especially for melees. THM/CNJ had a lot of minor MP cost adjustments, but most were like a +/- 5 MP deal, nothing super noticeable outside of tier II nukes on CNJ.
yup it was changed to 22, I guess because the damage modifier # isn't too high and was adjusted to match.
of course we dunno how much they may have lowered our total hp/mp this time around like the change of hp/mp from beta 2->3
