THF Main will get Dual Wield 1, which basically just means "You can hold 2 weapons" thats it, No enhancements to speed or nothing, just Combines the delay, essentially useless =|
/NIN and even /DNC will still offer higher dual Wield traits as well as enhanced survivability and over-all DPS

There isn't another instance of "Enhances: Strategem" anywhere else in the game, so it's unknown what it does yet. I'm assuming that the enhancement will further deplete the MP cost, cast/recast; but by how much is unclear even if that is the intended use.
By just slapping on a piece and using one of the arts you get 15mACC, bonus.
I'll take the INT and MND boosts anyday- and who has any idea what "Enhances: Grimorie" does? Replenishes strats faster? (Unlikely.) Reduces recast time? (Meh.)
I know a lot of SCH bash on Klimaform but I think it's essential for when you need to land a substantial Helix, and what do we know about "Enhances Klimaform?"
I just wouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions that it's not epic yet; maybe I'll eat my words but let's wait for the good SCH to figure out what's useful and what isn't. I'm excited to see the outcomes of what this set has to offer.

This is the problem. People see THF as Treasure Hunter whore and nothing else. And none of the other "utility" abilities THF has are relevant in 2010 FFXI.
Hitting the mob once and then standing in a corner watching other people play the game is not fun.
And I can't even begin to imagine WTF SE was thinking with Despoil. It is a literally useless ability. Worse than useless actually because it prevents you from using Aura Steal. The fact that SE seems to think it's actually something thieves would want to use as shown by them putting +despoil on two pieces of AF3 instead of actually useful stats is just rubbing salt in the wound.

these do enhance the casting time down strategems. nice enough boost, but the conditions to make them useful (using said strategems and having the right weather) limit the value of the boost. i'm hopeful these will be more attractive, especially things like the boost to ebullience.

That IS a possibility, DW1 at 83, DW2 at 90, DW3 at 97 or something.
But that would be REALLY weird.
But yeah, I'm kinda tired of THF being the combat bitch in exchange for getting TH because SE is scared of it, which is p. f. weak to begin with.
Back in 2006, you Could SA, TA, and even 'gasp' SATA+WS+SC!
Now? The mob spins as people bounce hate making SA a bitch, you try to TA but even tanks dodge to the fucking side the moment they see the animation. Both abilities are a joke solo, TA useless, SA a oneshot. And because of the to-hit minimum/maximums (if wiki is right), even with max eva, over time a mob will hit you 20% of the time.
