It would only apply to your kicks. If you're sure it was on your punches, then it's possible something is going on. 220 non-crit is outside the range of normal damage possibility assuming you're using ~30 DMG weapon. It would be the high end for a kick though.
Also I hate to be a bother, but I can't seem to figure out this delay/h2h thing. I get 4.6 tp/hit, which means 9.2 tp for my supposed 280 delay.
For delays between 181-450, Wiki has the TP calculation at: 5.0 + [(Delay - 180) * 6.5 / 270]
5.0 + [(280-180)*6.5/270]
5.0 + [(100)*6.5/270]
5.0 + [650/270]
5.0 + 2.4
7.4 tp
I must be missing something or doing something completely wrong. Can anyone show me what I'm screwing up?
I made the same mistake initially. Calculate it like you're DWing (add weapon delay, divide by 2). 5+(140-180)*1.5/180=4.666...=4.6 TP/hit.
One potential augment to impetus that may be worth testing for is a chance to the penalty for a missed hit. Since impetus penalize you for missing a hit by shedding your accumulated attack, perhaps the augment changes the severity of the penalty.
well here's some proof: happened again, though it's very infrequent. Note i am not using impetus when this occurs:

You can clearly see the attack rounds between the toad's attacks. The 223 hit is my first attack of that round, so it was my fist.
Here's the gear im using, /bst because i'm camping the NM for my trials:

It was more of a statement that nothing known aside from possibly pup mythic exceed 10. Quit being a smart ass with your technicalities. The discussion only came up because we were trying to figure if the mnk body+2 had +10 or 20. Anything under 10 is irrelevant, was showing that again aside from pup mythic, nothing is known to go over 10.
He's not :D At the beginning of his post, fair maiden
What the fuck is pure lotto? Either there's a PH or it's force popped.
pure lotto means its just spawns without having to kill anything....
I would assume is what they mean.
