Yay, they just confirmed that the retail client will be "lighter" (less beta processes I preassume) and that it will affect item selection speed too.

Also some kind of bargaining system.

Not saying anything groundbreaking. Just kinda explaining Guildleves for the noobs who are watching; saying "Yea we wanted ppl to receive small bonuses from doing stuff they were already doing. So they can go out and kill their mobs for exp as normal and get a nice little reward every now and then." $10 says the guy who invented FoV in FFXI is one hell of a salesman lol.

the director who looks like he hits the beach every day said something about "including stuff that they always wanted to do with FFXI" and i couldnt make out the rest @.@

I think he said something about Crafters being able to work together on bigger projects, rather than just making sushi and bloody bolts all the time.

I want to know if those hairstyles were legit or not. Showed a Roeg with a Elezen hairstyle, and a Miqo'te with a lalafell hairstyle.

Also a lalafell acorn hairstyle like from FFXI.

So basically this entire presentation was stuff we already knew, plus the following:

Cap potentially raised sometime after release
Something about pets
Something about boats/boat combat.
