Question about sea obis

Does sea obis affect blood pact for SMN? If so, which moves? "Melee" attacks like predator claws or/and just only magic from aeons like BLizzard IV?

From what I understand, it only affects magical-class damage bloodpacts, and only if the avatar is wearing them, not the summoner.

Edit: Actually my sarcasm may have been premature. I remember someone tested and found no effect from obi, but I forget who it was, and they may have been testing something like perp cost or physical BP damage or something else that clearly shouldn't work stemming from a common misunderstanding of how obis function. As for magical BPs I suppose it could be easily verified in 10 minutes on darksday with Nether Blast.
