So, from reading that, I've come to yet again, the same conclusion I came up with years ago. SE fucking fails @ customer service. I mean as a company, shouldn't you WANT your customers to come back to you, or to stay? "We apologize for our miserable failures" =/= incentive to stay/come back.
People on the other thread similar to this are saying a completely different thing. An to be honest I believe them a hell of allot more.
I wonder how JP forums are compared to NA forums in terms of animosity towards SE - if it turns out that the JP side is happy with SEs methods to doing things i would actually have an answer to why this company thinks the way they do.
