Hollow Earring and SCH/RDM

Question is simple.

I'm trying to determine which earring to get from Apoch Nigh, and I'm wondering if sch/rdm with this earring gets the +3 boost to enspells for the party.

To my undertanding:

No they don´t - but each person wearing one themself will get

Hollow is good for it's uses, but SCH/RDM isn't one of them (unless you love to melee in campaign on sch)

but to verify: I have hollow and I'm a 75sch/rdm and no the earrings effect doesn't transfer to other players, only if people wearing it with an enspell effect on them get the bonus.

This same logic applies to Stone Gorget. And probably any other buff-enhancer, not that I can think of any.
