Synopsis:

This introduces a new generation of star-crossed lovers, and a new series of antagonists in a battle of good and evil. It has a Knights Errant quality. There is an alternate universe in the books, a martial forest that exists alongside the real world, full of wandering sword fighters, medicine men, defrocked priests, poets, sorcerers and Shaolin renegades.

Ehhh, I remember the first one was supposed to be super epic but I wasn't all that impressed with it (visuals, story). Fighting was good. I guess their audience is the same people since this is basically a "direct to video" release.

I really enjoyed the story of the first as simple as it may be. Also, I love Michelle Yeow. She's a superb actress. I do not think this is going to be some epic movie that rewrites how action and kung fu should be done, but I'm hoping it will be excellent for what it is.
